You'll quickly find out that faith is more than a mind-game, more than a psychological tool.  Faith has very real power to make things happen.

And as you read, notice that the people in these stories saw miracles happen not because they had faith in themselves, and not even because they had faith in "the power of faith."  They had faith in Christ.   

They put their faith in a Man who healed the sick, raised the dead, and walked on water.  A Man who Himself was raised from the dead and now sits at the right hand of God.  

Ask Christ to increase your faith in Him as you read through these stories.  He will; because He is the author and perfecter of our faith.*
